Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is an exceptionally gentle yet extremely powerful form of healing that can assist the body’s natural capacity for self-repair. The client’s self-healing and self-regulating capabilities are facilitated to resolve trapped forces that govern patterns of dis-ease and fragmentation in both body and mind. The work involves a deep ‘listening’ to the client’s state and an intention to contact and support the Breath of Life, which is the fundamental ordering principle of all life.

What should I wear?

For treatment, you will be fully clothed on. 

How does the session look like?

During a typical session, the practitioner will use a number of gentle and non-invasive hand contacts on the head, the base of the spine and other areas, allowing the client to lie still and relax.

Is it suitable for children?

It is a very gentle and non-invasive treatment and is suitable for all ages.
